Oggi ho deciso che voglio scrivere della mia cucina e delle mie ricette. E' un po' che volevo farlo ma oggi mi sono decisa. Sarà perchè devo studiare, e si sa quando non hai voglia di studiare faresti di tutto tranne quello, ma mi sono detta: "ora lo faccio!" ed eccomi qua.
Fuori diluvia e fa caldissimo. Quale momento migliore per creare un blog, no?!
Comincio con una delle mie ricette preferite: Le mezzelune al cioccolato. Sono anche i primi biscotti che ho fatto da ragazzina, quando mia madre mi guidava passo passo e io avevo fretta di imparare.
Ho fatto questi biscotti tantissime volte e continuo a farli perchè mi piacciono molto e sono belli da presentare. La loro forma, il ripieno, lo zucchero a velo e la loro friabilità li rendono unici.
Vi affido la ricetta. La trovate nella pagina dei Dolci.
La seconda che ho scelto è un'altra ricetta super approvata e dal successo garantito. Si tratta di una ricetta base ma, a mio parere, molto utile e versatile.
Dalla prima volta che l'ho preparata non l'ho più abbandanota nè la alterno ad altre. Giammai! C'est plus bon!
